Meghan Riley is a small batch potter and creative based out of southeastern CT. She has two bachelor’s degrees- one in metalsmithing and jewelry design, and the other in art education with a ceramics concentration, both from Rhode Island College. She has been elementary teaching art for over a decade, all while exploring her own work.
The phrase Pots and Pigment alludes to earth and ink, mud and color, all things she uses and enjoys while making her work. Clay has always been her main focus, and she also experiments with pen and ink, printmaking, and watercolor.
